10. Artificial Intelligence

Yardbook Golf uses artificial intelligence (AI) services, including the Anthropic Claude API, to generate optional narrative content such as tournament previews, pool summaries, and contextual insights. AI processing occurs entirely on our servers — no personal information (such as your email address, team name, or pick history) is sent to any AI provider. The AI models receive only anonymized, aggregated golf statistics (e.g., leaderboard positions and scoring data) and return text that is displayed within the app. AI-generated content is clearly labeled. You may encounter AI-generated content in your pool feed; it is not used for profiling, advertising, or any automated decision-making that affects your account.
